Arrow, so called because she looks like she’s carrying a basket of arrows on account of her feather-bare tail, came out of her cage midway through September. She is currently being fostered by the charity’s Head of Operations, but is desperate to find a permanent loving family of her own. To adopt Arrow, or to make a booking for one of our upcoming re-homings, please call British Hen Welfare Trust on 01884 860084.
Arrow featured in Pete’s column last November November 2018.
WHAT HAPPENED NEXT?
Arrow has found a home and is living the high life with a dozen other hens.
