This is Gertrude Ganache. ‘Gerty’ is 10 years-old and is completely deaf in both ears, so she needs a very special owner. WHAT HAPPENED NEXT?
Gerty was actually adopted by a member of our staff, who fell in love with her because she was such a special cat. This is what she had to say about Gerty renamed Rosie:
“Rosie had been through so much when I met her yet she was so affectionate. When I picked her up she clung to me and I knew I had to give her a home. Rosie is such a sweet girl who loves her cuddles. She is perfect in every way. I would say to anyone wanting to rehome a cat, don’t overlook the older ones because they make wonderful pets”.
