Mike is a 9 year old Labrador Mastiff cross

Mike is the true gentle giant. He is an extremely affectionate fella who wants nothing more than a loving home where he can share his huge heart with his new forever family. This lovely lad is looking for a quiet, adult-only home with few unannounced visitors. For this reason, Mike will need his own space where he can feel comfortable. Because Mike has shown to be a little worried by males in the past, especially strangers, we would ideally like to see him find a female-only home but this isn’t a necessity providing introductions go well. Mike would need to be the only dog in the home, but he’s happy to have walking buddies. Mike loves his toys and loves playing outside, so a good-size, secure garden will be required for him to explore and play safely off lead.

Mike thrives in the company of his humans so will need a home where someone can be around during the day as he settles into his new home. He has been going home for sleepovers at his favourite canine carers house and has proven himself to be the perfect house guest.

Due to current restrictions, Mike can’t go to his forever home just yet, but if you are interested in adopting him, please contact the rehoming centre on 0303 003 0000 to register your interest.
