I listen to a podcast most mornings, and this morning’s one has inspired me to share with others, as I found it so helpful.

This podcast combines movement (going for a walk), mindfulness (thinking about the present moment) and mental training exercises. The topic today – negative thoughts- was covered in such helpful detail that I feel it may help many people to feel better in their lives if they listen to it.
