As Storm Ophelia crosses Ireland, here’s what you should do to help your pets

For my weekly online Telegraph piece, I’ve written some key points about helping pets during stormy weather. You can read it here.

One of my own dogs, Kiko, is particularly sensitive to foul weather. This morning she didn’t enjoy her walk: the wind had already started to get a bit blustery, and you can see from her expression in the pic above that she was feeling anxious about it. We came home soon after and she’s know curled up in her bed, beside Finzi, warm, cosy and safe.

Look after your pets especially carefully today, everyone!
