A pet myth is a commonly held view about pet care that is untrue.
Joanna Paul, an Australian vet who writes an excellent blog at CreatureClinic.com, recently asked myself and a bunch of other blogging vets and animal professionals to write a few words about the pet myth that we felt most strongly about. The results are worth reading – a distillation of the thoughts of a bunch of folk who spend much of their time thinking about pet care.
