Podcast debate between vets at London Vet Show: Ebony (2009 graduate) vs Pete (1985 graduate)

Clashing of generations? Listen to Ebony (2009 graduate) talk to Pete (1985 graduate) trying to find common ground in this podcast.

A few weeks ago, at the London Vet Show 2019, Veterinary Business Journal editor James Westgate set up a podcast chat with Ebony Escalona – founder of Vets: Stay, Go, Diversify, representing the younger segment of the veterinary profession (she qualified ten years ago), and myself, representing the older segment (I qualified 34 years ago, when Ebony was two years old).

We discussed online veterinary communities, the changing pattern of veterinary practice ownership, the concept of offering staff unlimited paid holidays, and the importance of achieving a suitable work-life balance.
